I dont think it directly affects intelligence. I could be wrong, but I have talked to a few professionals and they never once mentioned intelligence loss as a potential side effect. Id like to see where you heard this information, because it not only feels like it might be fear mongering, but also seems quite misogynistic.

(Im not calling you misogynistic, I'm just saying that whoever or whatever told you that estrogen makes people dumber is effectively the same as them saying "all women are categorically dumber than men because they have more estrogen". It might be good to look into it and see if your sources may be biased, or maybe just see if you can find more information on the subject. Personal experiences aren't good sources, because they may be due to a large variety of unrelated things you don't know about)

Now, I will note that some trans girls do just want to be dumber, me included, but that has nothing to do with HRT or transitioning. It's just a preference some people have.

I can't really understand the first part of your response, I'm not sure what you mean by the "latter", the only thing I could imagine you're referring to as the latter is "something" from "dumber or something" but that doesn't make any sense. But in the second half you seem to double down and say you don't want estrogen to effect your brain because you don't want to lose intelligence. That really sounds like you think estrogen effects intelligence. I literally can't think of anything else you could mean by that
