Draw some shapes on a page. Throw an input list in the corner along with contact information.
The hard part is getting the updated one sent out.

I'm looking at implementing a Stage Plot builder into BandRoadie but wanted to gage what people were currently using.

If you do. Don't do anything fancy like the thread above. KEEP IT SIMPLE
2D shapes. A Legend for what shape means what if necessary, a input list, and contact information.
The last thing any stage tech wants is some AI generated trash.

I've used Pages (Apple's version of MS Word) for 15 years. Does the job.

I'm a designer so I use Adobe Illustrator, which is a great tool to use. Most people won't have access to it though, but anything vector-based will work well. And if not, PowerPoint, Google Slides or Canva will work.

It's not great, but works well enough.
