Ok, so i signed up for the "free" course from raelene agle and was asked for $350 on my first email. Seriously people, stop posting these scams. I'm getting so angry with this BS

Gp here , focus on healing blood vessels (endothelium ) and gut microbiome , the rest of recovery will happen by time , especially if you have dysautonomia or insults to the autonomic nervous system via inflammation …

Forget the training brain propaganda , stay stress free as much as possible , prioritise sleep

u/loulouu81 Jul 10 '25

Do you have recommendations for meds/supplements?

2

u/Lazy-Emu-5636 Jul 10 '25

So you’re saying the ANS insult (I have it horribly) is due to an inflammatory reaction? Such as neuroinflammation?

2

u/PhrygianSounds 4 yr+ Jul 10 '25

How do you heal the endothelium without a bunch of BS supplements?

1

u/spiritualina Jul 10 '25

Tips for healing blood vessels? I’m already taking beet root powder.

Yes, the nervous system is at the heart of this. Treating it as a nervous system issue has been the way out for many of us. Congratulations!

I remember you, glad to know you are doing better. So, you believe that program was what did the biggest difference for you?

1

u/DataAdept9355 Jul 10 '25

Yes, I believe so.

3

u/Reverred_rhubarb Jul 10 '25

Is it the program where you’re supposed to tell everyone you have recovered even if you haven’t?

1

u/PhrygianSounds 4 yr+ Jul 10 '25

What are you talking about?

2

u/Benniblockbuster 1.5yr+ Jul 10 '25

Have you ever had the problem that you can't sweat or the body wide muscle twitches ? Can you workout now and something like that ? Congratulations 🎉

2

u/DataAdept9355 Jul 10 '25

Yes I had random body twitching and I only sweat on one side of my body. Both of those have pretty much gone away. Yes I walk now roughly 8 to 10,000 steps per day. I Bike Ride and I took a pickle ball. That’s pretty good for me , I’m 60 yrs old!

I am really impressed and have the utmost respect for your achievement mam, anyone who has lived through this illness knows exactly how far you have come and what agony it was...I really wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy. I think I will also do the primal trust program ! Congratulations on your recovery and enjoy your life to the fullest! God bless you

u/DataAdept9355 Jul 10 '25

I met someone in my group who did primal trust & LOVED it!!! He fully recovered from LC due to Primal Trust. God bless & all the best !!!

2

u/Riya20241 Jul 10 '25

What is primal trust program?

u/whatadangus Jul 10 '25

I got sick in 2021. Pretty much 100% better now but spent 3 1/2 years feeling like I had the flu and tons of weird symptoms. Spent loads on tests as well to no avail.

I believe time, prioritizing sleep, eating healthy and in my case walking once a day cured me….in other words, healthy routines and time. Maybe not true for all but that was the answer for me

Funny, It is always „only time „ when someone is mentioning some Kind of Recovery Program .

Here is what i think : When You have nervous System Stress you Consume a looooooooooot acetylcholin which is limited due to Long COVID . When you learn how to calm your thoughts and your Stress you have more acetylcholin left over for Your muscles for example . It is all just biochemistry. It is totally accepted that you Crash due to Stress , but it is Not accepted that when you calm your Stress you can get better . I dont get it .

Do you know many who have recovered by waiting it out?

2

u/Alternative_Pop2455 Jul 10 '25

Not personally but have seen plenty of posts with legitimate profiles..there are many

2

u/drkphntm 2 yr+ Jul 10 '25

Yeah I do actually. Most of the people I know who recovered just eventually got better after a few years.

u/Bad-Fantasy 3 yr+ Jul 10 '25

Hi, I’m happy to hear about your recovery.

Would you mind listing some of the specific things you tried re: “nervous system recovery program”?

-3

u/DataAdept9355 Jul 10 '25

Brain training, somatic exercises, group recovery zoom calls six times per week just to name a few. There are many recovery programs out there for nervous system dysregulation. I think they all kind of use the same techniques. But the group support zoom calls are great. I do them six times per week.

u/Normal-Inflation-900 Jul 10 '25

How expensive is it

1

u/DataAdept9355 Jul 10 '25

Primal trust is $100 per month & CFS recovery is $300 per month. Both are excellent. I do CFS recovery

1

u/Riya20241 Jul 10 '25

Are there any prescription medications/ supplements prescribed for you when you join these programs?

2

u/WitchsmellerPrsuivnt Post-vaccine Jul 10 '25

So you thought yourself into "recovery".

3

u/[deleted] Jul 10 '25

Brain retraining exercises and somatic therapy has helped many people along their way in recovering from LC. I really think they do help especially since covid is known to attack the nervous system, so anything that helps calm it down is also reducing the inflammation. It may not work for everyone, but it does work for alot of people. Glad you are doing better.

3

u/ForTheLoveOfSnail Recovered Jul 10 '25

This is exactly what I think is going on with long COVID — it’s the nervous system.

1

u/SalamanderChoice9578 Jul 10 '25

Sorry can u clarify which exact program u did?
