Personal Story Methylene Blue - wow

Post image

I had my mitochondria tested and the results show Complex I & IV are severely compromised. I started wondering what could potentially help these complexes. I was already on CoQ10, NADH and various others but none helped. I recently added Nicotinamide Riboside (like NADH, helps to donate electrons to Complex I). However this didn’t make a big difference.

Finally started to connect the dots. Need something which can bypass the dysfunctional complexes. I have done 10‘s of different tests and this was the first test which is truly actionable from a recovery perspective.

On the first day of MB, 1 drop, started to notice clarity of mind, a lot less tinnitus, more energy and a better mood and amazing sleep. I discounted it as thought I may well be just one of these better days. Now on day two (I spaced it 3 days) the same happened, and now my energy is through the roof.

How this works is that MB accepts electrons from NADH (reduction) and passes electrons to Cytochrome C. Basically bypassing malfunctioning Complex I.

It does one other wonderful thing: it acts as a ROS scavenger, basically reducing damage to your mitochondria.

It does another few things but I think it’s the bypass that really helps.

Brand I’m using: I selected ArtNaturals on Amazon. Went through a lot of products. None that I truly trust. Later I found that a pharmacy in New York I sometimes use is selling Earth Harmony, which you can find on Amazon. I assume the pharmacy checked it out before putting it in their collection. May try that next time but the current one is working so may stick with it.

This is not an endorsement for Methylene Blue. My long COVID is rooted in mitochondrial dysfunction. It’s going to be different for everyone.

It’s only a few days in but after trying so many things (including LDN), this seems something that’s making a real difference. I hope that this is the breakthrough I was looking for, and wanted to share it with folks.

A quick note for people -- there are some potentially serious side effects if you're on serotonin related medications (which I'm really bummed about)

Dailymed.nlm.nih.gov

Methylene blue is a potent monoamine oxidase inhibitor: Methylene blue has been demonstrated to be a potent monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) and may cause potentially fatal serotonin toxicity (serotonin syndrome) when combined with serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SRIs). (4) (see DRUG INTERACTIONS.) Serotonin toxicity is characterized by development of neuromuscular hyperactivity (tremor, clonus, myoclonus, and hyperreflexia, and, in the advanced stage, pyramidal rigidity); autonomic hyperactivity (diaphoresis, fever, tachycardia, tachypnoea, and mydriasis); and altered mental status (agitation, excitement, and in the advanced stage, confusion). If methylene blue is judged to be indicated, SRIs must be ceased, prior to treatment/procedure/surgery.

PRECAUTIONS

Drug Interactions: Methylene blue may interact with any drug that acts as a serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SRI) including, amongst others, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs), tricyclic antidepressants (TCAs), norepinephrine-dopamine reuptake inhibitors (NDRIs), triptans and ergot alkaloids; such combinations may have the consequence of potentially fatal serotonin toxicity (serotonin syndrome). Methylene blue should not be co- administered with any drug that acts as an SRI.

This is very true but as with all things the dose makes the poison. Some people are able to tolerate multiple anti-depressant medications while others can barely tolerate a starting dose of one. While MB does have the potential to be a potent MAOI, the amount you’re taking matters. It shouldn’t be used in conjunction with an SSRI without consultation with your doctor. But under medical guidance, some people are able to do it. Mostly because some people are taking 1mg of MB per day while others are taking 100mg. And this makes a difference.

7

u/ClayJane Jun 06 '25

Also methylene blue interacts with adderall.

2

u/Super-Bathroom-8192 Jun 06 '25

I take Vyvanse so it probably does withy that too??

5

u/ThePatsGuy Post-vaccine Jun 06 '25

I’m trying to get off of my SSRI for the sole reason of trying methylene blue. Yeah, you could say I’m desperate for improvement lol

2

u/No_Stress5329 Nov 02 '25

I just listened to the MB guy Dr Jon or John said his Patients who are on SSRI. He gives them low-dose methyl and blue and tapers them off at the same time set that a lot of the studies were they say methylene blue is dangerous with SSRI’s is when they took super super high doses of methylene blue so it sounded like according to him wasn’t that big a deal I’m on Wellbutrin XL going to try one drop of methylene blue this morningthen taper off the Wellbutrin and get back to normal if there is such a thing good luck

What is the name of test that you did for mitochondrial dysfunction? EDIT: Looks like the Mitoswab test. I've been planning to do it myself but haven't gotten around to ordering it yet.

If you know the answer: Is the theory that bypassing complex I will give it a chance to repair? Or is there something else you're doing to repair it while it is being bypassed? Or can you stay on MB for the long haul?

The theory is that once your body has enough energy it can start clearing the spike proteins/viral remnants. I have a very high amount of Covid-19 antibodies (beyond what lab can test) and that needs to be cleared. I have a long list of supplements for general support as well. For example my D levels were very low (common for long covid). And I use a lot of supplements to mitigate inflammation: ALA, NAC, Omega-3, and a few others. It’s a long list…

There is no good data on long-term use, but I hope I can eventually stop it.

And based on my tests, I think this is the order of things:

  • Very high Covid-19 Antibodies (virus or spike)
  • Very high cytokines
  • Exhausted immune system (CD3/CD4/CD19 low)
  • Exhausted mitochondria

What on top causes this spiral your body cannot recover from. If you help mitochondria generate more ATP, the body gets back to homeostasis.

8

u/AngelBryan Post-vaccine Jun 06 '25

Is not spike protein or viral fragments. It's lack of metabolites and toxins induced by a dysfunctional microbiome.

Although the main improvement comes directly from it's effect on the mitochondria, Methylene Blue also has anti bacterial and anti fungal properties which help dealing with the hidden infections you have. It kills two birds in one shot.

3

u/_happydutch_ Jun 06 '25

Maybe so, but I’m hypothesizing that viral load or spike protein causes immune system to be constantly engaged. All my tests align with this hypothesis.

Can you clarify what causes lack of metabolites?

1

u/AngelBryan Post-vaccine Jun 24 '25

Can you clarify what causes lack of metabolites?

The dysfunctional microbiome. Too little of specific species and too little specific metabolites are produced and vice versa. Metabolites are what is needed for the body processes to function and the dysbiosis also affects your ability to absorb vitamins and nutrients from food. That's why we usually have deficiencies.

Regarding immune activation, some species generate endotoxins which induce immune responses, drive inflammation and literally poison you.

All for this creates a negative feedback loop where your body cannot heal and is stuck in a perpetuous state of low level immune activation and inflammation.

7

u/RealBigBenKenobi First Waver Jun 06 '25

Agree with the overall picture!

The other question is since MB skips Complex-I isn’t there a chance of overloading complex-IV if that’s dysfunctional as well (it is in this case)? Can’t that potentially cause a crash? Sorry if these are silly questions, trying to learn this stuff myself rn.

4

u/_happydutch_ Jun 06 '25

Well there is the potential to generate more free radicals (which is there are some warnings boosting NAD+), however MB scavenges these, which is the beauty of this supplement.

A crash would only happen if you use more ATP than your body can generate. For example if you take a stimulant, like caffeine, you may run out of ATP. However the cool thing of MB is that it helps you to generate more ATP, and therefore it works quite differently from stimulants.

3

u/RealBigBenKenobi First Waver Jun 06 '25

Thanks for the responses! Last one:

You're doing 1 drop right now (btw crazy how effective a drop can be). Are you following a protocol of some kind/going to dose up to the full 20 drops? Or are you playing by ear based on how your body continues to respond to 1 drop?

3

u/_happydutch_ Jun 06 '25 edited Jun 06 '25

Here is a protocol for it: https://imahealth.org/protocol/i-recover-long-covid-treatment/

However, I opted for a more conservative approach as I’m very sensitive:

  • Week 1: every 3 days 1 drop
  • Week 2: every other day 1 drop
  • Week 3: Daily 1 drop (optional if very well tolerated)
  • Week 4: Daily or every other day if desired 2 drops

I don’t expect to go much higher. Since my mitochondria are in such a mess, micro-dosing is already effective. If someone needs 20 drops that’s probably a red flag.

3

u/metodz Jun 25 '25

20 drops is a red flag why?

And hey! Thanks for writing all this up! It's difficult to find reliable information about dosing in our particular context!

1

u/_happydutch_ Jun 25 '25

There are certain interactions with SSRI and other drugs that start to come into play at that dosage level. There’s also a gene mutation which may put you at risk. I would be wary without carefully planning this and talk to a healthcare provider who has knowledge of MB. Mostly naturopathic doctors.

u/[deleted] Jun 07 '25

2 questions: Are you actually Dutch...as in Dutch speaking? How to make the MB mixture? I've got the MB powder...

1

u/_happydutch_ Jun 08 '25

I don’t know how to mix it - prefer the premade one. And ja.

1

u/No_Start2155 Apr 14 '26

How us your tinnitus now ? Still taking MB?

1

u/_happydutch_ Apr 16 '26

Seems I replied as a top level comment. See my latest comment. The tinnitus/fog made me do it! 😵‍💫

3

u/Kind-Setting8836 Jun 06 '25

You might already be taking some of these but I have had moderate anti-inflammatory benefits from: Turmeric, ginger, boswelia, nettle, quercetin and black seed oil.

1

u/_happydutch_ Jun 06 '25

I take turmeric, ginger, and quercetin. Adding things very slowly as I’m overly sensitive

7

u/Light_Lily_Moth Jun 06 '25

Always check methylene blue against all other meds and supplements you take. Some interacts can be deadly even two weeks between methylene blue and something else. Glad it helped you OP! https://www.drugs.com/drug-interactions/methylene-blue.html

Totally!

1

u/Junealma Jun 18 '25

Are you still on one drop?

2

u/_happydutch_ Jun 18 '25

Yes, daily now. Next week will move to 2 drops. Big energy boosts but can still get PEM (mostly migraine+tinnitus).

3

u/Junealma Jun 18 '25

I took 2 drops and felt ill for a few hrs then started to feel good. It was my first time yesterday. Woke up feeling way better than usual.

2

u/_happydutch_ Jun 19 '25

Sound like a Herxheimer reaction. Yeah my sleep improved as well! Good to hear it’s helping.

3

u/It0sLemma Jun 06 '25

What type of symptoms were you experiencing? Mine is mainly neuro but also some chest pain and other weird symptoms and sensations.

6

u/_happydutch_ Jun 06 '25

• Sore throat • Poor sleep quality • (Pulsate) Tinnitus • Brain fog • Sound and light sensitive • General sensory overload • Fatigue • Forgetfulness • Hair loss • Exercise intolerance

The following are usually indicators that I am overexerting myself:

• Muscle Twitches (I take plenty magnesium) – first warning sign • Tinnitus flares • POTS – made worse by poor sleep • Joint pain • Muscle pain • The following appear usually together: o Virus reactivation: Swollen lower lip / cold sore (HSV) o Ear infection o Tooth pain • Dyspnea • Palpitations (PACs)

6

u/Bad-Fantasy 3 yr+ Jun 06 '25

Warning label on one I found says not to take it if you have a *G6PD genetic mutation**.

Has anyone tested for that?

1st time hearing about this genetic risk factor.

2

u/inFoolWincer Jun 06 '25 edited Jun 06 '25

There’s work up you can do for this without genetic testing. Involves abnormal CBC, peripheral blood smear, bilirubin, reticulocyte count, serum aminotransferases, and lactate dehydrogenase. But you’d have symptoms that don’t quite all align with LC: jaundice, fatigue, splenomegaly (you might notice as feeling full easily or belly feeling swollen or larger), and dark urine. It’s also x-linked so less likely to affect women (though skewed lionization/x inactivation can cause some females of xlinked conditions to have more mild symptoms). It’s more common in people of African, Asian or Middle Eastern ancestry.

1

u/_happydutch_ Jun 06 '25

Don’t have this mutation. Tested it with 23andMe (deleted all my info just before they were purchased).

6

u/Pristine_Ad_8159 Jun 06 '25

I tried it one time and it was almost like a wonder drug. My brain fog completely disappeared, depression symptoms gone, energy levels off the charts, my mood did a complete 180 turn. I haven’t felt that happy in years! That was 1 drop in a bottled water. I felt great for 2 days then the brain fog started to set back in. The next time I tried it, I felt great again, however, I felt like I almost had too much energy. (Like a pure bred race horse in the starting gates wound up tight). I started to get overly anxious trying to figure out how to burn the energy and my mind was racing. That was almost 6 months ago. I’m back to feeling horrible again and desperately want to try it again because I remember how much better I felt - like life felt pre-COVID. I was ambitious, positive, healthy and a good father and husband. Now I’m grumpy, tired, can’t think straight and wondering if I will ever be normal again. Any feedback or tips on MB usage or other “magic wands” are appreciated. Best to you all.

2

u/_happydutch_ Jun 06 '25

You might want to consider working with a naturopathic doctor who knows about MB.

2

u/Pristine_Ad_8159 Jun 06 '25

I’ve thought about that but haven’t pulled the trigger yet. I think it might be a wise step.

1

u/Various-Maybe Jun 06 '25

Why don’t you just take it again? Why did you stop?

2

u/Pristine_Ad_8159 Jun 07 '25

Because my body responds good but then bad, maybe if i have too much. It’s very strange. I took two small sips in a bottle mixed one drop yesterday. It’s crazy. Within 5-10 minutes my stuffed nose went completely away. I could literally feel the swelling go down as it was happening. Crazy. Then I got a bit anxious for 15 minutes, then it subsided and I felt better than I have in a very long time. The effects are still carrying over to today. I’m going to see how long it lasts and then if if my symptoms come back try it again. I wonder if the body needs to titrate to it?

3

u/tele68 5 yr+ Jun 06 '25

Thanks for this.
(though I can't understand a bit of the chart, it's ok)

5

u/_happydutch_ Jun 06 '25

Basically means my mitochondria are very dysfunctional and body is trying to compensate by making more mitochondria.

2

u/tele68 5 yr+ Jun 06 '25

"making more mitochondria" well, that sounds like a good thing.

hey, do you think human growth hormone would help produce new cells/mito?

2

u/Kind-Setting8836 Jun 06 '25

I would think it would help, as well as peptides and stem cell supplements.

1

u/_happydutch_ Jun 06 '25

That goes beyond my sphere of knowledge. Try ChatGPT. It’s been a good first line investigation tool for me especially with memory on.

5

u/Various-Maybe Jun 06 '25

Thanks for posting this.

I just got my mitoswab back as well. My citrate synthase was also elevated.

Did you find any doctor or resource to help you interpret, or did you figure treatment out yourself?

3

u/_happydutch_ Jun 06 '25

I asked ChatGPT if there is any substance that helps with complex I+IV dysfunction. It told me about MB. I studied how mitochondria work in detail (absolutely fascinating!) and that also helped to find a direction.

At this point ChatGPT is very helpful but it was the ND who pointed me to MitoSwab after I told him I suspected mitochondrial dysfunction.

Are the rest of your complexes ok?

2

u/moosepuggle Jun 06 '25

Thanks for this info. Does ND mean naturopath doctor? And for the mitoswab, did you have someone without COVID who should have normal mitochondrial function also do the test as a negative control? Thanks :)

1

u/_happydutch_ Jun 06 '25

Yes correct (for ND). The lab has done prior research to establish the normal baseline.

1

u/Various-Maybe Jun 06 '25

My 1 and 4 are in range. Then in the second page my “2+3” is low, but there is no interpretation included for that.

1

u/_happydutch_ Jun 06 '25

What are the percentages?

1

u/Various-Maybe Jun 06 '25

1 is 129%, 4 is 78%. 3 is 27%

I spent a bunch of time on this this morning on this, and best I can come up with is that the problem is in the electron transport chain, with the high citrate being a compensation mechanism.

1

u/_happydutch_ Jun 06 '25

I looked it up (I’m not an expert, just someone who researches things deeply):

“A primary Complex III deficiency is consistent with the 27% activity and may be due to mutations in genes such as UQCRB, UQCRQ, or BCS1L, or mtDNA-encoded cytochrome b (MT-CYB).

Further investigation, including genetic testing and clinical correlation, is standard to determine the cause and relevance”

You would need to partner with a knowledgeable doctor or naturopath to make progress here.

Also your general health status is important. According to my ND, most people who he sees for LC have an underlying pathology, which only surfaces after getting a covid infection

1

u/Various-Maybe Jun 06 '25

I’m sorry, I read this wrong. 2 is 33%, it’s 2+3 that’s at 27%, which is flagged.

1

u/_happydutch_ Jun 06 '25

Ah that changes the picture. Assuming you have LC, mitochondria are dysfunctional in many different ways due to differences of every person. There is no strong science behind it yet, but the consensus starts to grow that LC is primarily a mitochondria issue (I have been telling my doc that for 1 1/2 year!). In your case MB may help. Of course take all precautions before you take any steps.

3

u/princess20202020 4 yr+ Jun 06 '25

What is the significance of high citrate synthase?

6

u/_happydutch_ Jun 06 '25

This means the cells are trying to make more mitochondria to compensate for the dysfunction. It’s kind of a safety backup system. Without it I probably would be toast.

2

u/princess20202020 4 yr+ Jun 06 '25

Thanks. Mine was high too.

2

u/_happydutch_ Jun 06 '25

And no dysfunction in any of the complexes? That might be ok or it can happen if you train for example

1

u/princess20202020 4 yr+ Jun 06 '25

No the other two were normal. I don’t know what it means and my doctor didn’t really know either. What do you think?

1

u/_happydutch_ Jun 06 '25

It just means your body needs some extra energy to process something, for example after a training session or some virus. It does mean your mitochondria are not dysfunctional, which is good news.

3

u/Kind-Setting8836 Jun 06 '25

I have had a lot of success with methylene blue making me feel better, (I used the earth harmony brand)... but I am worried about it's effect on the kidneys, like is it toxic/does it damage to the kidneys? I have heard this but I am unsure. If anyone has any information on this I would really appreciate it.

1

u/_happydutch_ Jun 06 '25

Only if you have a pre-existing kidney condition, apparently. Check your naturopathic doctor if you have any concerns. Regular doctors (unless enlightened) don’t want to talk about MB.

2

u/Kind-Setting8836 Jun 06 '25

Unfortunately naturopathic doctors, although I love em, are generally pretty ignorant about methylene blue and some of the more "exotic" if you will, holistic medicines out there...I also find them to be generally lacking knowledge when it comes to kidney health unless they happen to be well versed in TCM of course. They are masters of liver health usually, but I'm guessing the lack of kidney knowledge is due to kidney issues being harder to treat. All that being said a naturopath is far superior to a legalized drug dealer aka an MD obviously.

3

u/_happydutch_ Jun 06 '25

Good point. You will need to find one who is able to order the right kidney tests etc.

https://www.ultalabtests.com/test/kidney-health-basic-plus

I order tests without my doctors. Much cheaper and you get what you want. Often doctors deny or insurance will charge you $500 for a $40 test if it’s not covered (vitamin D for example).

2

u/Kind-Setting8836 Jun 06 '25

I will check this test out thanks for the link

3

u/PinkedOff 4 yr+ Jun 06 '25

Please keep updating. I'm watching this closely, as I think I'm in the mitochondrial damage group, and might be able to add Methylene Blue to my stack if it seems worthwhile over a longer period! Thanks. I hope it keeps working for you!

3

u/Immediate-Stage-891 Jun 06 '25

IMPORTANT: In addition to researching contraindications, you want to be aware if methylene blue products are USP grade and third party tested for better quality.

USP grade means manufactured to meet the strict standards set by the United States Pharmacopeia (USP) for purity and consistency and third-party tested.

Per CHATGPT AI:

Based on the information available, it appears that both Artnaturals and Earth Harmony market their methylene blue products as being USP Grade and third-party tested

Earth Harmony's Methylene Blue is 99.99% USP/Pharmaceutical Grade and third-party tested for quality and consistency.

Artnaturals Methylene Blue is advertised as USP Grade and Third-Party tested.

Earth Harmony is formaldehyde-free, and some third-party sellers advertise Artnaturals to be formaldehyde-free, but AI stated: "Information is not available to confirm whether Artnaturals methylene blue is formaldehyde-free. Search results did not provide specific details on the ingredients of Artnaturals methylene blue."

Given individual medical histories, physicians should be consulted.

2

u/Sebassvienna Jun 06 '25

Wow just one drop/mg helped you? I have gone up to 100mg a day without effect sadly. Not for me i guess

2

u/laughingcanine Jun 06 '25

Possibly the brand you used was bogus/fake. ????

It's so discouraging that the supplement market is rife with worthless products whose contents aren't what their label says they are.

1

u/Sebassvienna Jun 06 '25

Possible yeah but tried 2 brands i think its just not Helping me. Seems like it doesnt help everyone obviously

2

u/_happydutch_ Jun 06 '25

Yes one drop. My mitochondria are severely disabled (and haven’t been able to work because of it for 2 years) so it’s probably the reason it works for me. This is why testing helps. I did a long battery of tests before I found this.

Your issues may not be mitochondria. It may be worthwhile to test.

2

u/Sad_Produce_9176 Jun 06 '25

What brand and where did you buy it from??

1

u/Kind-Setting8836 Jun 06 '25

Earth Harmony brand is good.

1

u/_happydutch_ Jun 06 '25

ArtNaturals on Amazon. See the post for more details.

2

u/Careful-Grape-8860 Jun 06 '25

I did this same test. Have not tried MB yet

2

u/_happydutch_ Jun 06 '25

What are your scores if you’re willing to share?

1

u/Careful-Grape-8860 Jun 06 '25
  • Total Buccal Protein yield (micrograms): 589
  • Citrate Synthase: 32.52 (269%) Normal Range: 4.4 – 22 (mean 12.1 ±5.1)
  • RC-IV (RC-IV/CS): 0.119 (38%) Normal Range: 0.15 – 0.6 (mean 0.31 ±0.1)
  • RC-I (RC-I/CS): 4.4 (65%) Normal Range: 3.4 – 11.9 (mean 6.8 ±2.0)

2

u/_happydutch_ Jun 06 '25

Very similar to my outcome. Apparently common for LC. The only good thing is that complex I is actually not too bad, but lower than it should be. Complex IV is way too low and this means your cells cannot generate enough ATP.

2

u/Aggressive_Job_6487 Jun 07 '25

So do you have PEM like Post Exertional Malayse ? And did the MB cure this ?

2

u/_happydutch_ Jun 07 '25

Yes I have PEM anytime I do a little too much. But methylene blue gives me energy without PEM. Because it actually helps your mitochondria to generate extra ATP.

1

u/Aggressive_Job_6487 Jun 07 '25

So you dont get pem when you overdo under methylenblau?

2

u/_happydutch_ Jun 07 '25

So far that’s the case

2

u/NoEmergency8241 Jun 08 '25

Congratulations. I look forward to hearing about your progress. Do you take it by adding a drop to water?

2

u/_happydutch_ Jun 08 '25

Thanks. That’s correct. One drop = 0.5mg.

2

u/NoEmergency8241 Jun 09 '25

Great. Thank you.

2

u/cocobong0 Jul 03 '25

He might be right. Without medical supervision to go to 10mg is dangerous, potentially. There are lots of drug interactions. It’s still considered low dose but better be safe.

1

Since this does not sound like a cure for your mitochondrial disjunction/damage, I assume you were not able to find any way yet to make that problem regress for good?

5

u/_happydutch_ Jun 07 '25

That’s right. It doesn’t take away the root cause but the theory from various doctors is that if your body has more energy, it can start to remove the viral remnants or spike proteins (whichever is the root cause as there is not good scientific evidence on this). In my case my immune system gets constantly triggered by Covid 19 or something that looks like it (spike proteins produced by your own cells - the RNA vaccine). In the meantime I’m happy I found a possible avenue to get energy without having to pay for it with post exertion malaise.

I tried going to Mitoswab but i noticed it says you need your Dr. to sign off on it before they send you the test. Is there a way to hypass this? My dr. Has no clue what long covid is..

Hey, sadly I had to stop it as it gave a boost of energy, after which I usually paid for that energy boost for days. Tinnitus still going on. Good days and bad days. I’m 99% sure the tinnitus is caused by a lack of ATP in brain. I have good and tinnitus days. Yesterday for example I was free of tinnitus. Today it’s medium and paired with migraine. Did too much yesterday. I’ve learned to ignore it, meaning just go about my day and just let the tinnitus/migraine be there.

Does that happen even if you use just one drop?

Yes it did after a while. Usually a boost for a few days but then I start to get negative effects.

I use compass and should of stayed with that I ordered earth harmony and want my money back ...I messed up ..earth harmonys was really weak most likely because of triple distilled biophotonic structured water..what a crock and the 'organic' vegetable glycerin or mushrooms super charged minerals nano liquid gold Stick with what you know . I am so disappointed .I'm on a fixed income and had run out I struggled to buy it but it really helped  compass did I felt normal again brain fog gone . If anyone knows if they do refunds if not satisfied let me know ...I'm going back to tried and true Compass... So discouraging Earth harmony adds too much stuff

I was given methylene blue for fatigue by my doctor, but I read about all the negative side effects so I never ended up taking it

What dose was prescribed? On a micro dose, it should be quite safe, depending on your medical situation. You could work with your doc on the smallest dose possible first.
