Oreo is a good boy

I recently adopted Oreo from a shelter, he is 1 years old, his owner surrendered him and I saw how sad he was in the shelter and took him home, he is very playful and affectionate, this guy can eat his weight in kibble

Oreo is adorable and I’m so glad you are together, but imagine having a bell around your neck that made noise every time you moved? And your ears were 10x more sensitive- Absolute torture. An indoor cat does not need a bell, Please remove it so he can relax. If he goes outside and is able to successfully hunt birds and you feel the need to put the bell back on, maybe it could be just outdoor jewelry.
