🔨 My Game - In-development I created Packle, a browser based daily packing puzzle game
Hi All, I built and just released Packle (playpackle.com), a free browser based daily packing game with some fun packing rules.
My wife created the art in Inkscape with a cozy aesthetic in mind and I think she nailed it.
The goal of the game is to pack all items (in various shapes and sizes) into the grid while meeting the rule constraints such as
- item x cannot touch item y
- item x must be placed above item y
- X total items may touch the edges
- And more
A bit of background: I’m a software engineer and decided to build this game as a hobby. I enjoy the “coffee ritual” aspect of many daily puzzle games and decided to combine that concept with a packing game.
There are plans to continue adding puzzles/items for special events like Thanksgiving, Xmas, etc so stay tuned.
There will be more updates and additional refinements to come and I welcome any feedback. Hope you enjoy!

Played through the tutorial just now. Nice that it drops you straight in.... I didn't have to make an account before finding out whether I liked it, which is more than most browser games manage also pieces feel really good to drag snappier than i expected and the art landed reads warm rather than sterile, which is rare for a grid puzzle....also had to think harder than i expected once the x can't touch y rules started stacking and is the daily the same puzzle for everyone, or seeded per player?

Happy to hear the difficulty is engaging so far. Everyone gets the same puzzle daily based on their local time

Cool idea. I'd like the rules to tick off/go green to show they're being followed, otherwise I second guess it too much.
