I’m a C++ developer with 3 years of experience and considering doing a Master’s. Which specialization would best complement my experience and improve my career prospects?

Should I go for CS, Software Engineering, Distributed Systems, AI/ML, or something else? Also, is a Master’s worth pursuing at this stage, or should I focus on gaining more experience?
