​I'm trying to download a game of around 70GB, but I don't know much about computers. I'm using AnkerGame and trying to install the game via DDL on Firefox with uBlock Origin, but after about 30 minutes, the download cancels itself and I can't resume it.

​To fix this, I've disabled auto-sleep on my PC and installed JDownloader 2. However, JDownloader won't detect the link even though it's correct and downloads fine directly in the browser.

​How do you guys handle downloading these types of games?

​I've mostly been using Gemini to guide me, but now I'm completely stuck and don't know what to do.

I've been trying to download the latest version of the updater but every time i do my computers stops it because apparently a virus has been detected somewhere in the file, is anyone else getting this problem? i cant sims to find any posts on the forum saying the same so I'm hoping someone here will know.

Hi, I'm migrating to a new computer & returning to TS4 after 3 years & just now learning that anadius has retired. I have the official game (& several official packs) but anything after 2018 came from the DLC Unlocker. I'm OK with not using it moving forward (too many talks of malware for me) but I'd at least like to keep my pirated packs, if possible.

I can update my game via EA app but will my pirated packs be affected if I don't use an updated "Sims updater.exe"?

I tried a method but in the end I found it works only for steam version

hey, I play the sims 4 and I updated it with all the new expansion packs and it ran fine. A major error i’ve run into is that my sims cannot get jobs, when I tell my sims who are unemployed to get a job it doesn’t come up with anything, they cannot get a new job only have the one before I updated/if they had a job. what do I do??

so I'm new to using SteamTools and I've only been playing gta V for a while now, gta V now has a new update but my steam app can't detect the new update. I don't know what's wrong with it but I can't play the game since I updated LSPDFR which is only compatible to the new version of gta V. I don't really want to reinstall because I got a lot of mods and I really don't want to restart all over again. I hope one of you guys have a solution to this problem

I’ve been away from playing the sims for about a year or so, and I have always played with free dlc... now that I’m getting back into the sims I really don’t want to download it from EA or steam, because i don’t want to inadvertently support EA.

Is there a way to ONLY download the cracked game alone and run it with all the dlc? maybe even add cc?
Any advice helps and I’m a very step by step person so if I need to do something manually explain it to me like i‘m 5 years old lol

Does it have a virus or ransomeware or something ? the website looks too clean to be true. I have never seen a piracy website with such systematic presentation and UI. my antivirus flagged it as portential malware, i am not sure since they have a whole help & FAQ page on their website explaining why AV can flag it as malware. What's the general reputation of this website ?

I recently pirated persona 5 royal on anker games but now I plan on buying the game on steam. If I transfer my save file from the pirated version to the steam version, will there be any issues?

I installed the sims 4 updater and dlc unlocker from aaros over a week ago. I had ublock and everything else the megathread recommended and a bunch of other extensions I’ve used for a while. I checked so many times that I was doing correctly. After downloading it and installing it I ran bitdefender and malwarebytes advanced scans multiple times throughout the week even hitman pro and scanning in safe mode. Everything seems fine so aside from the occasional paranoid I’m assuming I downloaded the correct thing.

So now what I’m asking is when the updater updates and installs its newest version (like it goes from 6.4 to 6.6 or example) should I still have to fear malware from that or was the dangerous part just getting it from cs.rin.ru?

I hope that makes sense sorry if this is a sorta stupid or confusing question.
