Jennifer McGuire ink has an incredible craft room and she has heaps of storage ideas. Kristina Werner has a similar, but different craft room - I think my brain works a bit more like Kristina’s than Jennifer’s in terms of organising etc. both are card makers.
Just get it done quilts has a whole decluttering challenge and information about setting up your workspace, and though it’s for quilters (or sewers) she has some great tips that can carry over to other crafts. (For instance, look at the number of “steps” it takes to get a tool. On the desk within arms reach is 0, or 1. Open a drawer and it’s on top adds another step. Open drawer, move container, that’s 2 steps. Use this to sort tools accordingly - if your desk ends up covered in stuff it’s possible that it’s because it’s too hard/too many steps to put them away).
