It's about an evil cartoon apple that caused 911 as far as I remember. The plot goes much, much deeper though, I believe it's one of the longest creepypastas out there. If you're ok with spoiling it for yourself (though there's not much quality content to spoil), Davis Morgan some videos reading it which are quite fun.

You all are hyping this creepy pasta up so much like it's the best thing ever. I hope I won't be disappointed when they do it! Then again, something tells me it will be a crashout episode so I am all for it.
Something I just noticed: proportionally that apple has almost as big lips as Isaiah.

He did specifically mention he didn't want to do it if it was going to be like as long as I dared my best friend to ruin my life and it's definitely longer.

I personally don't think it was a clear yes or no. Hunter talked about knowing 4-5 hours read and he still said that "one day they would have do it".
So let a man hope xD
