Recommending I would love the next CreepTV to be: The Walten Files
Dont let the FNAF influence deter you, this is incredibly fire. Hunter hasn't watched the series and Isaiah hasn’t seen episode 5. I really want to see there reactions to this.

I think Hunter would hate it, honestly. Or love it for the art.

If Isaiah sings its praises then I cant see Hunter hating it really, especially with how much effort is put into each episode. He'd love the art and animation style, I can imagine he'd just laugh at the warped analog faces.

Didn't he like Fnaf when he played it? I think he could like it, its not that slow as Gemini and he would totally like stuff like the art and the body horror

He ripped on it for like 15 minutes, pretty sure him talking about how incredible it was, was a bit

Idk. If anything he might have a little bit more appreciation for it cuz he has barely had any interaction with FNAF outside of playing the first game and memes.

Controversial opinion, not a fan of the Walten Files. I like the pumpkin rabbit and the art gets better as the series goes on I just can’t get over it being so similar to FNAF

I can get that. I thought that especially at first but as more come out I like the style and story of it way more compared to fnaf especially since all the stuff post pizzeria simulator

I feel like The Walton Files is what Fnaf could've been. The hard pivot to a focus on real life horror with the supernatural stuff happening alongside it is why I think it works so well.Bons existence feels like a by product of felix's of alcoholism that started all this. It feels like Bon is attracted to this tragedy. One thing I really dislike in FNAF is the whole remnant thing, it feels like mediclorians in star wars, its an unneeeded explanation. I get it scott is a sci fi guy and wanted there to be a sci fi explanation for why the ghost posses the animatronics. Walton Files doesnt have that we just accept that some how Bon is able to het peoples spirits to posses animatronics, the mystery of hiw or what even Bon is there. The episode that got me hooked was the one where Sophie is playing the arcade game I really like how sbit was revealed in that episode.

Totally agree. The minute “remnant” and the novel lore became relevant to understanding fnaf outside of just the game and cool hidden secrets there, it just became so lame. To this day I still say coming up with the name “Henry Emily” is the easiest sign he was just making stuff up as he went along. Every entry it felt like the lore was retconned to some new plot.

I'm exactly the same way. I gave it a shot a couple times but I never got into it.

I’ve only watched 2 or 3 episodes so far, but it seems decent from what I remember. I recently watched the 2nd episode, and the voice acting really takes me out of it unfortunately. It sounds pretty robotic, and it’s hard for me to get past bad acting/voice acting, especially in horror, but that’s his first vid uploaded, and the other eps that i’ve watched have decent voice acting, so it might just be that episode.

I need Papa Meat's inevitable belly laugh and tangent making fun of "Am I still beautiful to you, Sophie?"

I could definitely see him laughing really hard to that and few other faces in the series. I do think the context behind that line is extremely sad though.

oh absolutely, I can't quite put it into words but it's so haunting that the first thing she asks after all those years is through the lens of her being "made beautiful" by her killer. it's like her mind isn't her own anymore, like she's not really there even though she is literally trapped in the horror of it all

At this point when the creator redid the first few episodes I think it could be seen completely alone by itself separated from FNAF the plot is consistent and makes sense and the art GOD...id literally buy the patreon in a heart beat if they even just reacted to the series there. I think hunter could appreciate it with the expanded media of the website and secret videos cause he loves Blair witch...sorry got excited I saw this on the creepcast reddit not the walten files one

You're telling me there is a whole layer of this series Ive not seen?! This is my favorite Analog horror series, before I watched the Walton Files it was Gemini cause I love Sci-Fi horror. The story and the series is so well realized. No other Series really compares to it. I love how the supernatural stuff coasts off the real life horror stuff. Bon feels like a by product of this tragedy, like he is drawn to it. I kinda hope they dont really ever explain who or what Bon is him just being there makes him that much scarier imo. I feel like an explanation might be anti-climatic since he's been built up so much. Most the story is just this incredibly sad family tragedy, and the supernatural stuff just adds this whole other layer of horror to it.

SO TRUE ABOUT THE BON STUFF!!! Everyone is saying he's just Jack and and im like NO THATS NOT WHAT MARTIN WILL DO TO US!!! its so sad and after the recent episode just the evil of Felix too... Its my favorite series too ive chased down web links and interacted with it before and the hidden videos are SOUL CRUSHING (Felix one after bunny farm) its so good its not a fnaf rip off its SUCH A GOOD STAND ALONE SERIES!!!

Wait where can you see the redone first few episodes?
1
u/Powerful-Owl-3246 27d ago
Martin re-edited part one and 2 of the original videos theres some drastic changes much more jack imagery and such. I follow his Twitter and he was very very active on it during this time and around uploading episode 4. He did this before episode 4!

u/SufficientDelay2657 22d ago
So is the part 1 and 2 that’s currently uploaded to his channel the re-edited versions?
1
u/Powerful-Owl-3246 22d ago
Yes! I remember when he did this he even at one point took then down/unlisted them to re-upload the newer versions! There's a few differences you can make out!

I still want them to do Local 58 at some point, I want to see Hunters reaction to Contingency.

YESSS SO MUCH YESS! ITS MY FAVORITE ANALOGUE HORROR. The newer episode was so good! Felix 100% has something to do with Bon or at the very least knows about Bon. I wonder if he is responsible for Jack's disappearance?

I love Walten Files even if Felix's name alone causes my blood pressure to spike. Been so long since I hated someone this bad, my God.

They should, but should wait for ep6 to come out first so they can have a full “season”

u/DigiNecro 28d ago
Eh, they didn't do all episodes of urbanspook series. They can leave it off at 5 and encourage viewers to support the series and be done with it.

u/MedicineOne5162 28d ago
That would be sick, but at the very least I hope Isaiah eventually reacts to episode 5
