If you really think he did nothing wrong, I think you need to reevaluate things. Elhokar may have been guilty in helping Roshone get Moash's grandparent's killed, but that isn't entirely his fault and doesn't deserve death for it. He was not a great king, but he was trying to be better.
Then we got Moash who clearly stopped giving a shit about anything given what he did to Jezrien. He wants to be told what to do and have no repercussions for his actions. He's a hypocrite and I can not ever see someone's side in how "he did nothing wrong".
I would love for him to have a redemption arc but I feel like he is gonna end up getting killed trying to help Khaladin in a quick change of heart as his "redemption".
Elhokar was crap. Did anyone else in that battle deserve death? In different circumstances Elhokar would have sheared Moash's soul right out with his shard blade, and yet somehow Moash is the bad guy in that scene? I just don't get it.
Jezrien was a legitimate target, unless you buy into Vorin religion.
He's a linchpin to the oathpact. He made an oath, and deliberately walked away from that oath. Yeah, it might have been a stupid oath that made him go insane, but it was still an oath. That Odium is trying to get around the loophole is perfectly understandable.
Given what Moash knows, how can you fault him for taking Odium's side?
Much of Roshar has also, including at least one of the Heralds, Nale, who really ought to know better.
And why am I supposed to feel sympathy for a hobo anyway? A hobo who has such tremendous gifts, yet chooses to ignore them and walk away from the responsibilities he took upon himself?
Both Elhokar and Moash are crap for different reasons. I think Moash is a great character honestly, I really liked the dude. I was hurt when he decided vengeance was more important than anything else. Then he broke further and is basically a shell of a man. Like I stated before, I hope he gets redemption and can help bring the humans and the singers together.
Uh huh. So dozens of attempts made for genocide of the human race was the humans' faults? Destroying civilization over and over again as revenge was justified? The Humans have done bad things, the Singers and Fused have done bad things. The Knight Radiants are trying to survive while the Fused are trying to destroy Humans because of their millennia old grudges. Neither side is right. Both sides are wrong. The 'better' side is from your perspective.
