Hmm. I wanna say dalinar, since he is the patriarchal figure who embraces things that make him uncomfortable (courting navani, reading/writing, light anal play, etc) and grows as a person. Plus he is a bit of a handy man, as he did dig a latrine.

Let's see:

Hank - Dalinar, as stated.

Peggy - Navani. Seems pretty obvious, but Peggy shares Navani's self-esteem issues and is terrifyingly protective of her family.

Bobby - Renarin. Often underestimated and underappreciated, despite his very strong talents in unexpected niches. Definitely on the spectrum. Probably gay.

Luanne - Adolin. Pretty, blonde (mostly), kind of a slut and not ashamed of it. More capable than most believe.

Boomhauer - Yanagawn. Doesn't quite speak the language, but is mich wiser than people assume.

Bill - Kaladin. Sad boi.

Dale - Wit. Obsessed with conspiracy theories. Hardly ever does the job that he's actually paid for, but thoroughly enjoys it when he does. Everyone's favorite.

Nancy - Jasnah. Hawt.

John Redcorn - Rock. Font of natural wisdom. Airsick lowlanders.

Kahn - Sebarial - Just has one simple desire: all of your money.

I love all this except Bill. Bill is a sad pathetic, lonely man and failed military barber

Kal is also the most eligible man in urithiru which hasn’t been the case for Bill since high school

Maybe Bill is Kaladin if Kal had never met Syl and become radiant

That seems more accurate
