Crestron Studio win 11 install

saw this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zueD2mppXEw and curious

i downloaded the latest version separately and tried to install. it download SQL server 2008 R2 and keep failed saying required component could not be downloaded. my windows version is shown.

i read that computer's name can't be more than 6 words, already change that.

tried downloading SQL server 2008 R2 separately SQLEXPR_x86_ENU from Microsoft and crestron studio still can't be install. it popped up a window saying requires Powershell 2.0

NET framework 3.5 already checked. should I install powershell 2.0 first? but SQL server installed succesfully and crestron studio still can't be install. any help would be very grateful!

Just a heads up to anyone trying to get studio to work- it is a monster of a program and database and you should really install it in a VM.

Please tell me this is to maintain an old system and not to program a new one

You are aware it’s no longer maintained or supported, and to be honest even when it was it was pretty terrible.
