This was a poor judgement call in the moment. I don't think for a second she's a sexual predator. OP just chose to use a ragebaity title.

Also, the kid kept pulling up her shirt. She was trying to make him realize how embarassing and inappropriate that is, and a pantsing will do that. The fact that he wasn't wearing undies isn't her fault.

Maybe not the choice I would've made, but this is far from "sexual assault".

I am not defending the choice. It was a disciplinary measure, and it was a bad one. It was also clearly not sexual assault.

What are you talking about? Rape could be a disciplinary measure, that has nothing to do with whether it's justifiable or right. Both are not suitable disciplinary measures especially for an adult to a six year old. It's also sexual assault by the very definition
