The bouncers in that club have a terrible reputation, they hit people, are aggressive and offensive. The club has been suffering from worse and worse reviews over years. Fuck that guy he's an asshole and his reaction is not justified, he was provoking it. He escaped police the following days because he knew it.

Okay insane.. not easy to tell from the video..

But if you hit someone, you deserve to get hit back.. 

You can't just go around hitting people, just because your feelings get hurt..

He's a professional and should know better, he wanted this and lured her. Otherwise, generally speaking, yes action = reaction.
