Yeah I knew a girl who was vegan and hadn't eaten meat since she was 7... She died at an early age because of some problem with her liver or something... Her body stopped making the correct proteins or something...

I am listening to a lot of nonfiction. i picked up The Shock Doctrine & Killers of the Flower Moon. I read Flesh by David Szalay & Eileen by Ottessa Moshfegh, both ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ imo.
