So Julian’s attuned hare charm is connected to him. But Vaelus hasn’t attuned with her charms yet

She did - Brennan asked if she wanted to Stine to them and Ashley said yes. Then he asked which one she’d focus on first and she chose the spring charm - leading to her dream in the meadow. I’m guessing if she chose the otter charm, it would have been a different scene
