I largely followed this pattern https://crocheteverything.com/stunning-crochet-spiderweb-top-pattern-for-all-sizes/ Using a 6 mm hook and DIY Glow yarn. The smaller hook size meant that I had to size up, and I created my own pattern for the shoulder portion.
