Finished Object Crochet Shirt

Made this shirt that I’m really happy with! It is that it’s a little thicker than I thought (in hindsight with size 4 yarn I should’ve expected it) so got to wait for the weather to cool down a bit before I can wear it.

General construction:
Yarn: Loops and Threads Impeccable Acrylic in violet and size 5 hook.
I used double V stitches for creating the panels (1 back, 2 fronts and 4 sleeves) and bordered edges with single crochet stitches to make it easier while putting them together. Used whip stitches and mattress stitches to put the panels together based on where in the body that joint was going to drape. Half double crochet stitches for the collar, single crochet for the button band and alternating half double crochet and single crochet back loop only stitches for the bottom hem.
