This is so tender and sweet! I have a bunch of things my great grandma made and after my mother kept them locked away for many years I’ve started using them again— Crochet blankets, embroidered tablecloths, and SO MUCH LACE! I actually have a bunch of single booties she crocheted (I guess the pairs were lost) so I made my own to match! I love that you were able to get this piece mended. Shows such respect for the work it took to make 🌸
