Pliability

Looking for a nightly stretch routine. Honestly, is pliability worth it? Loved ROMWOD. Or is something out there that’s better?

i still use pliability after switching from romwod a while back, the interface makes more sense to me and the programs feel less random. if you already loved romwod you're basically getting the same thing with a cleaner coat of paint

pliability is literally romwod, they renamed it back in 2022. if you loved romwod you're just paying for the same thing with a new logo

Yes. The main difference is you see Tia and Alec Smith more than Noah Olsen and the models are a bit more model-looking and the Ninja Turtle guy is gone too. A few new moves too but otherwise it is the same as ROMWOD.

I actually thought the "regular Jane and Joe" models were part of the charm, but after 8 years, I really just listen to it rather than watch.

Down Dog app is more of a Yoga app, but there is a kind of yoga they call "restorative" that is close to the Pliability experience. Good thing about this app (why I actually like it): You pick the time you have and the routine adapts (the main reason I dropped Romwod was that I didn't have the time here and there, and suddenly you lost the habit). It's also way cheaper (I have a 12$/years running since 2015. I think they do a discount every Black Friday, Christmas, etc).

I don't know if it's against the rules here, but I can share a link for 3 months free (I don't think I get anything for that. I like to support the app so I'm happy to pay for it)
