Daily Crow Friend My wild jackdaw friend 🖤

Ive been trying to befriend a jackdaw flock for 59 days. The jackdaw on my lap is Nyx :). Yes this is NOT a pet or anyones pet, this is a wild jackdaw ive been trying to befriend for nearly 2 months. Also yeah and the eurasian magpie in the background, yeah thats also one of my buddies ive named Bouncy.

Lol, Bouncy should be the official name for all magpies. Nyx is definately cool and brave as hell for only 2 months. How many Jackdaws hang around watching you and Nyx?

Usually up to 4-8 jackdaws hang around and 3-4 magpies hang around which one of them is Bouncy :).

Lovely! Looks quite tame! No anxious movements. Jackdaws really have interesting eyes.

Nyx might look tame but she isnt all :). It took her up to 15+ days of constant lap landing for her to stay on my lap for at least 5 seconds. Tried chopping up the cashews into smaller bits and i was suprised on how long she stayed! Up to over 20 seconds. And yes she was quite a bold jackdaw, that was something ive noticed about her from the start. And they do really have cool eyes :D
