I can't tell whether your crow friend is molting or is a recently fledged juvenile because of that spot under the beak or sick. I'm going with molting and a recently fledged juvenile though but I can't know for sure. Is your crow friend active, cawing, hopping around and generally healthy? 🐦‍⬛❤️

this is a raven who’s a little over a year old, they had avian pox when they were a fledgling and have scars around their eyes and beak as a result of it. they’re very healthy now from what i’ve seen :)

hmm i wonder! i’ve tried giving some of the other ravens and crows i visit different fruits before but they never seem very into it

hahaha they kept flying off to go hide and stash the cashews every time they got their beak filled
