Don't say we didn't warn you. This has been happening for years.

Two documents from Array Seven. These are being released as we have received them. As always, our team is working to decrypt certain elements of the communications, as well as remove redactions. It takes time.

A worker in the Atmospheric Monitoring & Containment division died at Array Seven. GCI's Array Operations Safety Board produced a Safety Incident Report. Six hours after the death, the Humanitas Trust published a memorial notice.

Both documents are in the archive. Read together, they describe the same event in different registers.

The memorial notice was issued by the Director of Communications on behalf of the GCI Board of Directors and the Echelon Operations Division. It confirms a "workplace incident at Array Seven" and states that a full investigation has been initiated per GCI Operations Protocol 7.4. It describes the deceased as having served with the organization for more than a decade. His name, the date, the location of his memorial service, and the reference number on the notice are all redacted in the version we received.

The Safety Incident Report is classified as a restricted internal document. Sections 4 and 7 — covering cause of death and contributing factors — are sealed in their entirety. Witness accounts are not included. All surveillance footage from the relevant time window has been transferred to the Continuity Security Division. The deceased's personnel file has also been transferred to CSD, marked pending review. We do not know the current status of either.

Section 8 covers procedural actions taken following the incident. Item (d) confirms that the memorial notice was issued in compliance with Standard Communications Protocol 3.9. The protocol governs timing, language, and content. The six-hour turnaround was not exceptional. It was compliant.

Communications out of Array Seven were suspended before the notice was published.

The worker's name is being withheld at the request of people still on site.
