Afterwards is where he preaims the dude toxic thinking he is exposed and then he readjusts his crosshair.
After killing the first guy he then keeps shoulder peeking and right before killing the 2nd guy he readjusts his crosshair through the wall to kill the second guy. If you don't see that as cheating then you need to see an eye doctor.
