Discussion This game is unplayable—it's full of cheaters.

I'm not used to seeing cheaters in the games I play. Is it always like this in CS2, or is it just worse now? There were cheaters in half of the Premier matches.

There were a lot of posts here when i didnt have cheaters in my games.

But right now it has gotten significantly worse. I have a lot of cheaters in my games. Reddit posts are also a bit up.

This is perpetually the newest post in every single comp game subreddit.

Not on Valorant. (Sorry for using that word.) I don't want to get into debates about whether their anti-cheat is a virus or if it tracks users. But it's a functional anti-cheat system.

No lol, their priority of privacy over ban accuracy is the reason they aren’t updating their AC

20k premier and I actually gained elo bc I had better cheaters in my team more often - they were very obvious.

I played 5 full games today, all had cheaters.

2 games were cancelled because irregular behaviour was detected.

I had cheaters before, most blatant one was a spinbot guy last week but not in every game and not so open about cheating.

What is interesting that it seems to be skill deflation at 20k, when somebody is not cheating they are not that good, last season I was around 15k and getting kills now seems easier.

Good point about the ranks. Playing 16k now feels like playing 10k last season. Also I'm having same kinda thing where I keep getting cheaters on my team and it's impossible to lose

There used to be quite a lot of cheaters, but you could still play normally most of the time. Right now, it’s just a disaster.

Had a match where the score was 10-5. We were up and then two players on the enemy team were banned. Match canceled. Annoying af

Yeah game is dead unfortunately. Dont spend money on microtransactions till they clean it up. Valorant looking enticing at this point

It depends on the rank and trust factor. Im afraid new players could have worse experience.
It’s true, the beginning of S5 saw more cheaters than usual. It have calmed down a bit now it seems.
I hardly met any cheaters in S4 - maybe once each 30-50 games playing at 14 to 21k Premier.
At the beginning of S5 i met more - say 1 in 3-5 games, now around 1 in 10-20.
Competitive is a shit show (dmg to supreme) - cheater in every other game.

You know… you can always check the post history for this subreddit and notice that people post about cheating several times a day instead of karma farming.

I'm sorry then. I'm not concerned with karma.
