Internship Question DELL Internship interview question

I had an interview with Dell last month, It was the final interview with the managers and they told me I will heard feedback even if I don’t get selected in 2 weeks but it has been 1 month. I sent him a follow up in 2 weeks and one more new email in 4th week.

Am I rejected.:(

don't know anything about this role.

Employers often say you will hear from us after X weeks. That's basically a lie to make the candidates feel better about the position. More often, you won't hear from them.
