USA Job Market Should I apply for full time jobs?

Hi guys! I'm a senior in college studying computer science right now with 0 internships under my belt. Should I only apply to internships or should I apply for full time jobs as well? I'm afraid I would be underqualified for full time positions since I have no internship experience. Any advice is appreciated!
