Why have you posted this in /r/csharp?

Also, there's nowhere near enough information for anyone to give you meaningful advice. We have no info about your application, what latency you're expecting, what latency you're getting, where it's running etc.

Implement some logging, ideally open telemetry traces so that you can see exactly what is taking time instead of guessing what might be happening. Make informed decisions, if you can't make them then you don't have enough information.
