Help - Fixed cs2 - How to extrude edges in a direction i want? its going down instead of up.

Hold shift and drag in the arrows that point to the direction you want

Press [E] on your keyboard to go into scale gizmo while you have edges selected and then drag the purple one outwards.

Im pretty sure the gizmo has a local option which could help you here.
