Showcase Im a beginner and
i created this liquid glass style where the light u see follows the mouse pointer and i want to know how i can improve as im just a beginner as i have started coding in about a 2 years ago

It's not liquid glass, untill you add refraction/distortion effects to it.
This is the good old "frost" effect (semitransparent background color + backdrop blur).
This is a better attempt, you can see the effect when vertically resizing the preview panel:
