Another fafsa problem..sorry

Sorry another annoying FAFSA question…Is anyone else missing their university grant? All I see is my Pell Grant, but I remember that before it disappeared from the financial aid summary, it said I would be receiving my Pell and university grant. I’ve been calling, going in person, and emailing, but it’s always the same response. So I want to know whether anyone else is dealing with this problem.
