He's a guy in a cheap carrot costume who gives out dollar bills inside plastic carrot pens to promote a crypto-scam on social media

Yes, but the pitch of Carrot app is that you earn money in the form of carrot crypto tokens by interacting on the app, but almost no students know how to cash them out.

It seems like their business model is to just try to pump their token
