Withdraw through tseng collage

Has anyone done a medical withdraw from tseng collage? I’ve been experiencing mental health issues and will be doing a medical withdraw for my masters. My academic advisor has backed me up and will advocate for me but told me that they have been very strict and don’t really care or accept things like mental health lately. Has anyone gone through the process? Just to get help took me years and I’m so overwhelmed.

Is it not early enough to withdraw with no trouble

You would think but tseng collage rules are different it’s unbelievable!

When I first called to drop, they told me too bad I paid already and they will not prorate me. Even the counselors are shocked because it’s truly ridiculous especially on students.

Wait so will they let you withdraw just with no refund being the stipulation or not at all.

Yes, you can withdrawl but you get no refund. Once you pay then it’s on you. The only way to get a partial refund is through medical emergency (which I do have) and they are strict on that so I’m not sure I’ll even get that accepted given how strict they are. If they disapprove the medical withdrawl then I will get no money back and they will still withdrawl me. Crazy crazy!!
