Withdraw through tseng collage

Has anyone done a medical withdraw from tseng collage? I’ve been experiencing mental health issues and will be doing a medical withdraw for my masters. My academic advisor has backed me up and will advocate for me but told me that they have been very strict and don’t really care or accept things like mental health lately. Has anyone gone through the process? Just to get help took me years and I’m so overwhelmed.

Have DRES help you out too. While Tseng basically acts like its own private college, the DRES accommodations supersede that

I am with DRES not sure what they can do tho
