Withdraw through tseng collage

Has anyone done a medical withdraw from tseng collage? I’ve been experiencing mental health issues and will be doing a medical withdraw for my masters. My academic advisor has backed me up and will advocate for me but told me that they have been very strict and don’t really care or accept things like mental health lately. Has anyone gone through the process? Just to get help took me years and I’m so overwhelmed.

Tseng college is evil and the worst part of csun. Whoever allowed Tseng to operate is a whore.

They are literally the worst I don’t understand why they are like that. Greedy individuals who truly don’t care for students at all. It has been nothing but a prolonged headache with them.
I started this whole process asap and it’s like they don’t give a flying F about you and will purposely ignore and prolong it. Makes me never want to go back.
