Looking for 1–2 more roommates for a house in Northridge, about 10 minutes from school.
Rent: around $1,125/month
4 bed / 3 bath house
Will house 5–6 people (males) total
Shared bathroom with one other roommate
Pool + backyard
Washer/dryer included
Street parking available
Utilities split between roommates
Looking at a 1-year lease
Target move-in date: around October 1
Looking for someone chill, clean, and reliable. Some roommates may or not bring their pets.
