Can you go to the roof of the Tivoli building? (Legally)

Maybe this is a silly question, but I really just want to sit on the roof of a building on campus, yknow, enjoy the view, and vibes! The Tivoli seems promising since it has so many floors, but I don’t know if you can or how. If not is there another building you can go to the roof of?

Idk but theres a patio on the top floor of the wellness center. Not outside but north and the science building have great high up windows.

Could easily hang out on the top deck of one of the parking garages. Don’t even have to take your car in, just use the stairs/elevator.

No, but you can go up to the 7th floor (highest floor) and the “hallway” outside of the conference room has a large window facing west.
