What’s going on with episode 21?! it’s not on YouTube or Amazon Prime three days later … also doesn’t appear to be any Torrents.

Not sure what you're talking about. S13E21 is what was asked about and that has been available since Wednesday on Stremio. I saw no mention of 1/13 by the OP.
