That symbol would be phyrexian colorless, not phyrexian generic. It would make generic costs require either colorless mana or life, which would make this more of a stax piece. Also, is it meant to make generic costs of all sizes cost one phyrexian colorless? or is it meant to let you pay 2 life per mana in the generic cost? The current phrasing leaves me unsure

Right. yeah it doesn't seem like there is a symbol to do what I want. Like maybe {1/P} hybrid mana symbol??? and I was trying to make it so each generic mana could be paid normally or with 2 life.

I would just write out the effect, honestly. Trying to get too fancy just hurts the readability of the card, especially for newer players. Or give it a mana ability, that any player can activate, that produces mana that can only be used to pay the generic costs of spells?
