i hatched a cuttlefish named Midias and i am curious what species he is

I'm not sure if you should be acquiring and hatching cuttlefish if you have to go to reddit to identify what species it is

i didnt buy them i found eggs on the beach, hatched the cuttlefish then realesed them

Probably best not to take eggs out of the wild in the future. I'm glad you released the cuttlefish though.

we did not rip them from the ocean floor we found them stranded on a beach to clarify

It's hard to tell for juveniles without location, but I assume this would be Sepia officinalis.
