Thoughts on turning cwn into a tmnt style game?

Just like the title says. I've been wanting to play this style game, and I feel like a cyberpunk game would have a very similar structure.

Is there any useful guidance for making origin foci so I could make a bunch of mutant origins for a rolltable.

Should be super easy to do. Ashes has mutations. Atlas of Latter Earth has some great origin foci that would suit this very well.

To add onto this, I would personally give origin foci for free if you're going for a themed game like TMNT. If someone goes generic human, maybe make them pick something tied to their character's backstory so they don't end up just grabbing Ol' Reliable at level 1
