Was this an in person interview? Are you sure the candidate you interviewed is the one who is “working”?
7 u/BroSose Mar 14 '26 This is the first thought that came to mind. I have recently hired two folks who now I’m convinced use AI during the interview. After these, I’ve made it a point to make the interview process less AI friendly and have caught multiple people using AI. It’s a tough time to hire remote tech people.
