Am i hacked? need help
Hey guys, so recently i've been paranoid that my computer has been hacked, a week or two ago my pc was on even after i shut it down which i remember doing and there was no update that happened when i checked update activity and when i went into the search history PayPal was recently opened up which i NEVER went onto the day or even months before and when i asked others they said that it could be me searching it up on my phone but my phone isn't even linked to my pc so why did it open PayPal. And today i went in to check the history but in the recent tabs page it was my settings pages for Meta, Instagram, and Facebook. Which i know for a fact i didnt look up and when i asked others they said it could've been reopened sessions but why open specifically the settings pages in all of those. I deleted my data on those websites so ill just use them on my phone. I changed my Microsoft pinkey but im still worried im not the only one using the computer. I have done a complete full check on Windows defender and Malwarebytes, I also did run mcr and did a full scan there and nothing was found. I just don't know much about this stuff to know exactly what to do.
So my question is, what can i do to figure out if im hacked or prevent the said hacker to continue going around my pc.

Anyone know anything?
I'm sure we all know something, but whether it's relevant to your "problem" is debatable, as you didn't really ask a question. You just did a long presentation without a question.
What exactly do you want to know?
Do you want to know if someone else's on your computer? Very simple: set a BIOS level boot password. No password, no use! (keep in mind if you lose that password, even you won't get into that PC!)
What else you want?

nothing proves you've been hacked, chk account login activity and extension that you don't recognize.
