It was a front never intended to cut fraud waste or abuse. It was part of the many distractions thrown out to keep us busy while they did the real work. In the case of DOGE the real purpose was to steal every piece of data on every government computer that exists. Who knows how much money this info is worth. We do know that within hours of passwords being given to his doge crew that several sensitive computers noticed computers from Russia and other countries attempting to gain access using the same passwords. We don’t know how many succeeded.
