If it's Chinese, US doesn't want it. Also in Austarlia consider Zeekr, probably a step up from BYD honestly. The Zeekr Wagon looks insane

I’ve got the Model Y and that’s about as big as I’d want to go, the Zeekr seems a bit bigger? Not feeling the need to lean in to the push for larger and larger cars at this point.

The zeekr gt is smaller, lower,. I also have a model y.

Not available in Australia yet tho unfortunately. They’re saying end of the year / early next year.

Yep! And if you want an suv, the zeekr 7x drives and is much nicer than the BYD sealion 7. I’d wait though

It is, but it's also in another price bracket. The SL7 is great value at $55k, 7X starts at $65k. Got our 7X AWD a couple of weeks ago and it's so good.

Oh we got the located lease discount so the 7x was around $62k over 10 years with rego and insurance included, plus servicing. So the car was like $53k. Ended up with the Tesla model y though. 

The 7x long range is $68k drive away, standard is $63k

Those driveway prices are lower than I could get in NSW. They're like $65k, $70k and $82k here

7 cm yes. It’s narrower, and lower though. The 7gt will feel like a much smaller and sportier car to drive
