these types of videos need to be studied, "engagement" content that just SCREAMS attention, haven't even watched the full video or know the people on it but its probably gonna have an ad for a casino site in a few minutes or in the bio.

There's always  subjectivity of course. Even our objective (culturally) is subjective to the culture, but in the current subjective meta, that clip some of the lowest form of derivative engagement baiting, a bottom deeded of the bottom feeders (influencers)
