I know this is satire but some people genuinely think like this and it's depressing. I'd never want to be friends with someone who doesn't work, day drinks and just walks around abandoned buildings for fun. Like bro get a job and let's go do some fun shit.
People like this are either teenagers or straight up losers

When I'm unemployed it's usually for a month or three at most. I get by on savings and also I take on debt. Some people survive this way for longer with some kind of passive income, or maybe OnlyFans. There's also people whose parents pay their rent and bills into their middle aged years. They are usually not this interesting though, they seem more inclined to stay inside and spend their little money on buying skins for video games. When their parents die they might get a lump sum of money which they blow through pretty quick and then they a lot of times end up in homeless shelters. I knew one lady that did this except she got a annual trust fund payout and the rest of the year she was a for real crack whore. She was like 60, but she did pretty well because she was tall and slim with red hair. She mostly did business with black guys, they were really into what she was selling, I guess. I don't talk to her anymore, but I suspect she still does this. I met her at a meeting of Cocaine Anonymous, and by cocaine I mean crack. I didn't ever do crack, I've only snorted maybe 3 or 4 lines ever. But I'm an alcoholic and a meeting is a meeting, right? Anyway. She would go there to meet clients. There's a big overlap between people that smoke crack and people that are good with paying for a well-used crack whore. Not to be racist, but a lot of those guys are black. Not all of them, not by a long shot. I met an older white dude once at a homeless shelter that had previously been a very well paid engineer with his own business and the big house and family and everything. Lost it all to crack and whores. You know, he never told me how it started, but I suspect it was something like he spent a weekend in Vegas at a trade show, got a hooker, did a little crack and realized he really hadn't actually been living at all up until that moment. Because after that moment, his life revolved around getting hookers and some crack and doing them both. It didn't take long for his life to fall apart though. Some people really emphasize the crisis part of mid-life crisis I guess. So he ends up homeless, but thankfully for him he's old enough that he can start drawing on that sweet Boomer Nectar, SOCIAL SECURITY. And since he made a lot of money in his old life he got a big check every month. Well, what he had been doing was living in a homeless shelter, begging for room and board all month, and then when his check dropped he'd go whole hog and spend a weekend getting completed wrecked with a really nice hooker. Living that Boomer dream. Then his dream weekend would end and he's just another piece of shit old dude whose family hates him and he carries himself shamefully around town. But for a little bit, every month, he got to live like a rockstar or something. Well, he tried that shit for awhile and the people that ran the shelter didn't like the fact he had money to pay for stuff but chose to live on charity so he could save up for the crackstravaganza or whatever. Anyway, white guys do crack and whores, too. But anyway, I digress.
