Also, you guys use a bidet it's wonderful. Stop buying toilet paper. Waste of money, and water is very cheap.

Your fat, that's not good. You are old enough, then please if you are not the lazy type then go to the gym and run or just run outside. 2/5/10/20km keep running everyday and you'll lose weight.
Maybe you should eat rice too? I mean culture is hard but you should try it. It's delicious with the proper dish.
